Annual Parish Meeting held on 8.5.12 -KRPC M1
These minutes are subject to approval by Council
A meeting of the Annual Parish Council was held at the Village Hall, School Lane,Kings Ripton, on Tuesday 8th May 2012 at 7.00pm
In attendance: Councillors Mike Toates (Chairman); Brian Petre; Ros Townsend &
Mark Joyce.
Present: Huntingdonshire District Councillor Robin Howe; Cambridgeshire County Councillor Victor Lucas; Mrs Joan Evans; Mrs Zelda Barter & three members of the public.
1. APOLOGIES
None were received.
2. MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the Annual Parish meeting held on 12th May 2011 were approved and signed by the Chairman.
3. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
The Chairman presented a report on the Councils activities throughout the year and plans for the new local government year 2012/2013. A copy of the report is attached to the original minutes of this meeting. Continue reading
